AATC:Team Coaching Training
AATC: Team Coaching Training
This program is designed for coaching professionals who want to elevate their coaching practice with team coaching skills. Developing team coaching skills can have an impact on the way we facilitate team dialogue and manage teams through: mindset shift from individual to systemic thinking, and learning how to work with complexity, ambiguity, and patterns.
This course starts from the premise that a team is a complex, open and adaptive system (according to systems theories), and that identifying the causes of the challenges we encounter every day is not a linear cause-and-effect process, but rather a process of systemic exploration in which the triggering factors are not so obvious.
The training offers through its structure an effective combination of theoretical learning, coaching practice with feedback, self-reflection, and supervision.
By participating in this course, you also access the AATC path in ACTC ICF certification.
