“If you are serious about expanding beyond your excellence as a professional coach, this is an important book to have in your library. As an ICF Master Certified Coach as well as a Director of Training for an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program, I am always seeking the new leading edges and innovations in our field. John’s book brings systems thinking to a new level of artfulness by incorporating the use constellations. While the seeds of these methods come from psychology, one does not need to be a trained psychologists to find value and client benefit from the methods. The book provides something for every type of learner including cognitive principles and theory, practical easy to follow activities and exercises to strengthen personal skill, case studies to understand a wide range of applications for systemic coaching and constellations as well as suggestions for how to engage clients in these methods as a co-creative partnership. This is a book to be explored a bit at a time, to dog ear and highlight over time as you experiment with the abundant resources available. Thank you John for your contribution to innovation in our field! Janet M. Harvey, President inviteCHANGE, LLC, Past President of ICF Global in 2012.
