Oana Tanase- Facilitator

After more than 10 years in organizations, in 2013 I decided to take on a new role – that of a coach and system facilitator. From this space I support the sustainable growth and transformation of organizations, the main areas of competence being systemic facilitation, executive coaching and organizational development. I have extensive experience working with leading entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial organizations.

In coaching and organizational development programs, I propose that together with the leaders of the organization to create a context that moves the energy of people and which supports exploring and discovering in a coherent and fluid way, in which people can work together to achieve the results they want. In these learning contexts, facilitating the processes of reflection on the entire organizational eco-system produce aha about how synergy is not only a theoretical principle, but is a harmonious and congruent way in which people can create together results in which “The sum of the whole is greater than the sum of the individual parts. ”

Prior to becoming a coach, I worked for 6 years in the software industry where I coordinated sales consultancy processes. The management experience is in the start-up area – together with a group of foreign investors we have set up a medical services company and for almost 3 years I have coordinated the entire business.

Starting in 2017, I am a co-facilitator in coaching and system facilitation programs provided by Coaching Constellations UK in collaboration with One 2 Coach and in open workshops by Professional and Organizational Constellations.”
