   We deliver coaching education that meets ICF-accredited standards, continuously improving our faculty and training programs.

   We honor the dignity, autonomy, and potential of every individual, regardless of background, belief, or identity.

How We Handle Ethical Questions or Concerns

If you are a student, client, or faculty member and have questions about ethical behavior within One2Coach, we encourage you to:

• Speak directly with your mentor or program director.

• For any ethical questions or concerns, you may reach out in confidence to Olga Oltean — our Community Builder and Ethics Lead for all acredited Coaching Programs. You can also book a video call with her to discuss your situation in a safe and respectful space.
