The learning process in the coaching school helped me a lot because it used a lot of different methods. We had the observation area, we had the dialogue, there was also a teaching area, videos, music, introspection, meditation. This worked great, touched me both cognitively and emotionally, to connect with people and information itself. Each instructor complemented each other very well. This helped me a lot, because being different taught me to relate differently, to be flexible and techs me different coaching styles.

I experienced and discovered more than the initial agenda. I found the searched guideline that helped me to better "sit" in the role of coach and to understand what my role is in a coaching dialogue. At the same time, this journey helped me become more aware of my actions, I learned to be empathetic with those I meet and to pay more attention to active listening. Even personally, the things I experienced in the program helped me evolve to a better version.
