Being Coach(ed) - Essential Coaching Skills.
Level 2 is designed to take you – through extensive learning – into the depth of the coaching process. You can develop your coaching skills and also refine them and gain a higher level of understanding of the coaching process.
The training offers through its structure an effective mix of theoretical learning, coaching practice accompanied by feedback, self-reflection and the mentor coach process.
By participating in Level 2, you have access to the ACC and PCC pathways in ICF certification.

8 Theory & Practice Modules
The classes are designed to cover all International Coach Federation Core Competences, through teaching and integrating them in practice.

20 Sessions X SUPERVISED PRACTICE
Offers coaches an opportunity to access continuous professional development through reflection and dialogue in a safe, supportive and confidential space.

6 group sessions and 6 individual MENTORING
Provides professional assistance for the coaches in order to refine their coaching abilities, achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level (ACC, PCC).

RELATIONAL SELF-REFLECTION & REFLECTIVE PRACTICE
Awareness on our own participation in relationship perception. Reflective themes and practice between modules. Personal journals and exercises.
Number of student contact hours included in the program: 156 hours of ICF (Level 2) distinguished training, plus 6 3-hour group coaching mentoring sessions, and 3 1-hour individual coaching mentoring sessions.

LEVEL 2 INVESTMENT
Total fee: 3,656 EUR/participant (paid in 8 monthly installments), covering all ICF individual PCC accreditation requirements for training and mentoring:
8 modules x 1.5 days and 20 supervised practice sessions x 3 hours (156 hours of “Level 2” training)
6 group mentoring sessions (x3h) and 3 individual mentoring sessions (x1h)
Final evaluation.
For groups of more than 2 participants who register together we offer a 15% discount.
