About me
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Mentor accredited by the ICF and Senior Team Coaching Practitioner (ITCA) by EMCC, with over 13 years of experience in individual, team, and organizational coaching. I’ve delivered more than 2500 hours of coaching in both Romanian and multinational organizations — from SMEs to complex corporate structures.
As a Lean Six Sigma and NLP Master Practitioner, I integrate a variety of methodologies into the coaching process, always tailored to meet the client’s specific context and goals.
I strongly believe in the power of Systemic Thinking as a compass in both individual and team coaching. It brings clarity to complexity and helps uncover the deeper patterns that shape behaviour, collaboration, and transformation.
My strength lies in co-designing meaningful spaces for dialogue — and holding those spaces with presence and care. This allows clients to explore what truly matters, to find their own answers, and to move forward with confidence and purpose.
Since 2011, I’ve worked across industries including sales & service, engineering, education, finance, architecture, construction, bakery, lubricants, NGOs, and public service — facilitating programs ranging from communication and team development to complex business transformation initiatives.
