About me

I am an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) & Mentor from ICF (International Coaching Federation), with more than 10 years of experience in individual and team coaching. I worked with small and medium companies, multinational and Romanian organizations, delivering over 2500 hours of individual, team and organizational coaching .

 

I am also a Lean Six Sigma and NLP Master Practitioner, that brings multiple methodologies within the coaching frame, for the purpose of meeting clients’ needs.

 

I am a huge believer in the power of Systemic Thinking brought in individual and team coaching.

 

My strength is to co-design with clients a meaningful dialog space and hold this space during his/hers discovery journey that allows to reach the goals.

 

Starting with 2011, I was involved with sales & service, engineering, education, finance, architecture, bakery industry, construction, lubricants, NGO and public service organizations, developing and facilitating programs from communication and team performance level to complex business transformation level, with high impact.
