Building the Foundation

Being Coach(ed) - Essential Coaching Skills.

Level 1 is designed for people who want to develop themselves through coaching practice, regardless of their previous training. Developing coaching skills can have an impact on the way we communicate and interact with others, our level of resilience, the way our children are raised, and our level of well-being in general.

The training offers through its structure an effective combination/mix of theoretical learning, coaching practice accompanied by feedback, self-reflection and mentoring in coaching.

By participating in level 1, you also access the ACC path in ICF certification.

Program Structure

4 X THEORY MODULES


The classes are designed to cover all International Coach Federation Core Competences, through teaching and integrating them in practice.

2 

10 Sessions X SUPERVISED PRACTICE
Provides coaches with the opportunity to access continuous professional development through reflection and dialogue in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.

3 group sessions and 3 individual MENTORING
Provides professional assistance for the coaches in order to refine their coaching abilities, achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the credential level ACC.

RELATIONAL SELF-REFLECTION & REFLECTIVE PRACTICE
Awareness on our own participation in relationship perception.
Reflective themes and practice between modules. Personal journals and exercises.

Number of training hours included in the program: 78 hours of training with ICF distinction (Level 1), plus 3 group mentoring sessions of 3 hours each and 3 individual coaching mentoring sessions of 1 hour each.

LEVEL 1 INVESTMENT

Total fee: 2,120 EUR/participant (paid in 4 monthly installments), covering all requirements for individual accreditation at ACC- ICF level for training and mentoring:

4 modules x 1.5 days and 10 supervised practice sessions x 3 hours (78 hours of “Level 1” training)
3 group mentoring sessions (x3h) and 3 individual mentoring sessions (x1h).

Final evaluation.

For groups of more than 2 participants who register together we offer a 15% discount.
