Cancellation conditions:

1. If the minimum number of participants (12 persons) has not been met, the organizer reserves the right to postpone the course, as its quality could be affected. In this situation it is your decision to attend the next rescheduled seminar or receive the money invested.

2. In case of cancellation of the registration with a minimum of 10 calendar days before the date of the course, the amount paid will be refunded in full. Canceling the registration with less than 10 calendar days before the date of the training, but not more than 5 days, entails the collection of penalties of 25% of the amount paid to cover the organizational expenses. To withdraw the registration 5 calendar days before the start of the training or not to attend the training, the organizer reserves the right to withhold the amount paid in full to cover the related expenses.

The registration is made in order to pay the training fee and within the limits of the places available. Registration for the course is completed when the payment of the participation fee is confirmed.

d) direct marketing by sms, email, telephone call, notifications through mobile applications, to receive newsletters and other commercial communications to promote the products and services of the Associated Operators, of the profiling to be able to provide information on standard or personalized products and services. from the portfolio of the Associated Operators, as well as the information regarding the events organized by the Associated Operators, to be invited to these events, through communications transmitted by sms, email, telephone call, notifications through mobile applications.

The legal bases of the processing of your data are art.6 lit. a), b), c) and f) of the European Regulation no.679 / 2016 regarding the processing of personal data (GDPR).
