With systemic coaching you will  explore the presence, principles and practices that make up the systemic approach to coaching and facilitating. In this introductory session you will have the opportunity to experience systemic work methodology (constellations) and discover what this approach brings in the context of the coaching process.

By participating in this session you will be able to:

• Experience the process of a systemic constellation
• Expand your reference framework by integrating the client into the systems it belongs to and influencing the decisions and actions it takes at any time
• Reflect on your own belonging to various organizational systems and the impact they have had on personal and professional development

Whether you choose to integrate the systemic perspective and methodology into your individual coaching practice or prefer to use it in your work as manager or executive, this one day workshop is for you. You will be introduced to the essentials of the stance, principles and practices of systemic coaching and facilitation.
